ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Site & Safety Lead in Berlin, you will report into our Regional Operations Lead DACH and will:
Site Management: You will oversee the daily site operations ensuring that; maintenance, cleanliness, resources and equipment are available to ensure maximum operation efficiency.
Safety Management: You will develop and implement site safety policies in collaboration with the central operations team. You will carry out safety training sessions and monitor practices to ensure compliance with local and national regulations. You will own external third-party contracts such as cleaning, waste disposals and recycling firms.
Inventory Management: You are responsible for managing our spare parts inventory, accessories and supplies and mainting sotrage solutions.
Work in a team: Work closely with our Berlin mechanic & in-field operations leads as well as Central operations teams.
Take ownership: Managing a local market means no day is like the other. New challenges will be thrown at you on a daily basis. Take ownership and do what it takes to get the job done.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you:
Strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
Experience working with a computer and a basic understanding of the G- suite (such as google sheets and google docs).
You see challenges and stressful situations as an opportunity to grow.
Care about our workshop and you are enthusiastic about cycling and making cities greener.
Are fluent in English and German
