ABOUT THE ROLE
As People Partner for our French operations, you will work across a broad range of people topics, supporting the entire employee lifecycle. You will act as a critical point of mediation and escalation for employee relations issues, helping to ensure compliance with French labor laws. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing HR processes to support our expanding operations across France.
As our People Partner, France, you will:
- Administrative management of employees: from hiring to leaving, you will be responsible for monitoring personnel files, contracts, disciplinary sanctions, changes of title and contracts, ensuring they comply with French regulations and best practices.
- Payroll processing: You will be responsible for managing the payroll process, from collecting and verifying payroll data and work closely with the external payroll provider.
- Recruitment and integration: you will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from creating advertisements to welcoming new employees.
- Document management: you will be responsible for organizing and drafting the administrative documents, employee requests and managing our HRIS (Personio).
- You'll serve as the expert on French labour laws, providing benchmarks and ensuring that company policies an practices are compliant with french employment legislation.
- You will guide and support our people managers in France with handling employee relation issues and act as a trusted advisor.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you have:
Experience: You have 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position, combining human resources and administrative support. Having You experience working with diverse communities, preferably from a warehouse or industrial environment is a advantage.
Skills: You are proficient in office automation tools (e.g. google docs and sheets, slack, docusign), and have a good knowledge of HR practices and social legislation.
Personal qualities: Versatile and organized, you're at ease in a dynamic environment where you'll be juggling different assignments. You are people-oriented, with a customer service mindset and an empathetic approach to solving problems. Fluency in English is an advantage.
