At Dance, we believe getting where you want to go should be simple and sustainable. So we’re on a mission to make mobility easy. Dance members get their electric bike, free 24-hour repairs, and theft coverage on a flexible monthly subscription. Our service is currently live in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Paris.
Dance was founded by SoundCloud founders Eric Quidenus-Wahlforss and Alexander Ljung, together with the co-founder of Jimdo, Christian Springub.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Mechanic In-field, you will:
Inspect, repair, and make sure our vehicles meet our high Dance standards;
Intervene directly on the field, at members' premises to provide maintenance and repairs;
Diagnose and solve mechanical problems autonomously in compliance with quality and regularity standards.
Quickly adapt to different working environments and external conditions during interventions.
Receive and achieve set objectives.
Collaborate with shift leads to identify and resolve problems quickly.
Receive and apply training/instructions given by your manager.
Carefully ensure the proper operation, cleanliness and meticulous storage of equipment to guarantee safe and effective interventions
Monitor processes and suggest improvements to optimize future interventions.
Carry out maintenance and repair work in our warehouse if required
Carry out repair tasks according to company standards.
Inform your manager of any difficulties encountered in the execution of its mission.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you:
Experience as a mechatronics technician (preferably e-bike or e-moped)
Have a valid drivers license
Have an eye for quality and the drive to strive for it
Enjoy getting your hands dirty and getting involved in a wide range of tasks
Are preferably fluent in English and/or German
Are excited to help us grow, but work also on your personal growth
