ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Working Student Shift Lead, you are the link between the City Operations Lead and operations team that ensures we can deliver our E-bikes & Mopeds to our customers smoothly. You supervise the daily operations of our workshop and are the go-to person for assigning the teams day-to-day tasks. Some of the shift lead responsibilities include managing schedules, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, and reporting issues to the city operations lead. You will report to our Münich City Operations Lead. The role is located in Munich.


As our Working student Shift Lead, you will:

  • Coordinate, and plan schedules and shifts for the team of delivery specialists and mechanics.

  • Schedule and assign the team’s day-to-day tasks through our internal tools and communicate changes when needed.

  • Be responsible to ensure that all deliveries, pickups and repairs are on time and that the drivers and mechanics have all tools and information needed to carry out their task well.

  • Make sure that the workspace is clean and organized, as well as our electric delivery vans.

  • Perform some e-bike deliveries and pickups, if needed.

  • Help us continuously improve our service by regularly collecting and providing feedback to our City Lead.


ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills.

  • Have experience working with a computer and a basic understanding of G Suite (such as Google Sheets and Google Docs).

  • Have a valid driver's license and ideally experienced in driving a van.

  • Enjoy interacting with people and ideally already have some experience in people management.

  • Are proactive and organized.

  • Care about our member satisfaction and you are enthusiastic about cycling and making cities greener.

  • Are fluent in English and German.
