ABOUT THE ROLE

Dance is looking for a B2B intern to join our People team in Paris. You will be responsible for expanding Dance’s corporate benefit offering in France and driving growth to new customer segments. You will manage our portfolio of clients and help pitch the product offering to new businesses across the French market. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a B2B setup starting from lead generation to account management. You will report to the Chief People Officer and be located in Paris.


As our Intern - Business Development, you will:

  • Develop B2B pitch decks in English and French.

  • Maintain and manage the company pipeline in our CRM tool.

  • Prepare, support, and conduct pitch meetings and events.

  • Build long-term relationships with our clients and provide the best service possible.

  • Be the first point of contact for all B2B clients.

  • Help develop and standardize B2B playbooks for client outreach, engagement, and account management.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute lead generation strategies and client retention.

  • Regularly conduct competitive market research.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Are actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, or similar fields.

  • Can showcase strong project management skills and are able to prioritize your work effectively.

  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Are proactive and always look for opportunities to do things better.

  • Possess a strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Can work independently and autonomously with the right support.

  • Can communicate fluently in English and French, German is a plus.

  • Are based in Paris, or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship?

  • You are available full time ideally for 6 months (minimum period of 4 months).
