Dance members get their own vehicle, theft coverage, and on-demand repairs on a flexible monthly subscription. Join a dedicated team of mechanics, drivers, assembly specialists, shift leads, and city leads keeping Dance riders on the road in every city. Dance currently operates in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Paris.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Delivery Specialist:

• You deliver Dance E-Bike & E-Moped directly to our pickup stations, offices or other designated locations.

• Ensure each delivery is completed safely, punctually, and with care, using a delivery Van.

• Inspect bikes & mopeds before loading on the Van to ensure they are clean, fully assembled, and in good working condition.

• Report any issues or damages before delivery.

• Follow assigned delivery schedules and optimize routes when needed.

• Use navigation tools and communicate delays if needed to dispatch or support teams.

• Keep the delivery van clean and well-maintained.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role:

• Experience in delivery or courier work is beneficial 

• You speak fluent German/English

• You have a class B driver's license and a valid work permit in Germany

• You enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude, are solution-oriented
